Day 1: Morning

Introduction to the principles of treatment of the anteromedial chains. Practice on the thorax: management of solar plexus tension, sternal depression, inversion of thoraco-lumbar curvature. Work on the three diaphragms: thoracic, pelvic and pharyngeal. Practice on the neck and head: hyoid problems, inversion of cervical curvature, mandibular recoil, pharyngeal tensions. Marking of muscle paths and corrective manoeuvres (practice in pairs).

Day 1: Afternoon

Practice on the lower limbs: hallux valgus, knee flexion, true genu-valgum. Practice on the pelvis: sacral counter-nutation, rotation of the sacrum, perineal tensions, pubalgia, incontinence. Marking of muscle paths and corrective manoeuvres (practice in pairs).

Day 2: Morning

Practice on the upper limb: elbow flexion, rhizarthrosis of the thumb. Torsion in the upper limb and anchoring of the anteromedial chains in T8. Marking of muscle paths and corrective manoeuvres (practice in pairs).

Day 2: Afternoon

Introduction to the posteromedial chains: reminder of the principles of treatment. Competition between the posteromedial and anteromedial chains. Practice on the lower limbs: cavus foot, false varum of the knee, recurvatum of the tibia, inversion of the physiological torsion of the knee, patellar syndrome, Osgood-Schlatter. Marking of muscle paths and corrective manoeuvres (practice in pairs).

Day 3: Morning

Practice on the trunk: flat back, horizontalisation of the sternum, costo-vertebral subluxations, instabilisation of the vertebral tripod, terrain predisposing to scoliosis. Nutation and dislocation of the sacrum, sagittal distension of the perineum. Marking muscle paths and corrective manoeuvres (practice in pairs).
